In the (original) addressee list I didn't see debian-kernel@l.d.o but
the kernel produces several udebs as well. So shouldn't they be included
as well?

libgcc-12-dev seems a bit odd? gcc-defaults is at 14 and that's
(currently) also the version used by the kernel.
And ``apt-cache rdepends libgcc-12-dev`` didn't make it clear why that
version should be included as well. At least to me.
