Packages listed for autoremoval get early warnings, so it shouldn't come as a surprise that your package is removed. The reason for removal is Debiang bug: 1073699, which is for the snapper package. snapper is still in the archive while snapper-gui has been removed.
While it seems unfair that snapper isn't removed at the same time as snapper-gui, that's a hard to solve problem because we're using our migration software to do the autoremoval via removal hints and that process isn't designed to handle removal hints in a block. So while it's technically possible to fix this issue, I don't think anybody will spend their time on this problem any time soon.
