The tracker shows that they have partially been rebuilt. That is, the packages match both good and bad expression. That is an issue of the auto-generated tracker which fails if the bad package name is a prefix of the good package name. The current status of the transition is that we need to to wait for jni-inchi, openbabel and rdkit to migrate. Cheers -- Sebastian Ramacher
