software-properties-qt/bookworm has taken over
software-properties-kde/bullseye but lacks corresponding
Breaks+Replaces. As a result file conflicts may happen on certain
upgrade paths.

Manual upgrade tests with the fixed package.

Low, Conflicts+Replaces against a ackage not in bookowrm.
