Hi,
libpng1.6 regressed a while back, leading a few key udebs to become
uninstallable[1]. That was fixed rather quickly[2] but binNMUs haven't
happened yet. We haven't heard back from people driving the 64-bit
time_t transition either, it's been a while, so I'm contacting you to
see if you could arrange some binNMUs, without disrupting their work.

Please consider binNMU-ing the following source package against
libpng-dev (>= 1.6.43-4):
- cairo
- gdk-pixbuf
- freetype [armel]
That's based on udeb installability checks[3], and I only verified on
amd64 that both cairo and gdk-pixbuf get appropriate dependencies for
their udebs when rebuilt.
