I would like to second this request. If usbmount does not enter etch, this will mean that there is no easy way to make the system auto-mount a USB stick that you plug into the machine - that would be a bit embarassing! (IIRC gnome-mount was not considered ready for this by its maintainer, and it's not in etch either.)
