Poppler is on a monthly release cycle. I request that we do the poppler 23.12 transition with the December 2023 version. We have completed the Poppler 23.12 transition in Ubuntu except for an issue with octave-dicom which doesn't appear to affect Debian and was only involved because its autopkgtest was triggered by gdcm.
