Please go ahead.
Unfortunately the package isn't getting built anywhere, because it
Build-Depends on llvm-spirv-16, which also isn't in bullseye.
How did you manage to build the amd64 upload for NEW?
I don't have llvm-spirv-16 installed in the container where I built it,
but I do have the 'hello' package installed. It looks like that's not
going to work for i386 though, so shall I also build/upload
llvm-spirv-16? Alternatively, it looks like an unreleased version of
clang-16 (1:16.0.6-16) has changed the build-dep to allow for
llvm-spirv-14 or llvm-spirv-15
(https://salsa.debian.org/pkg-llvm-team/llvm-toolchain/-/commit/9af30d9926b6e93580262310fa652d19fcc15869).
I could try changing the build-dep to the clang-11 and clang-13
equivalent of 'llvm-spirv' and uploading llvm-toolchain-16
1:16.0.6-15~deb11u2.
