Please unblock package liblxqt [ Reason ] Fix RC bug https://bugs.debian.org/1034943 due to wrong Breaks/Replaces. [ Impact ] Althrough the Breaks/Replaces are wrong, upgrading from liblxqt0-dev in Bullseye to unfixed liblxqt1-dev=1.2.0-7 in Bookworm is still good in my test due to wrongly Breaks/Replaces on liblxqt0. [ Tests ] Manual test to upgrade liblxqt0-dev to liblxqt1-dev from 0.16.0-1 to 1.2.0-8.
