The upgrade of manpages-dev from bullseye fails due to missing Break/Replaces. See RC bug #1034958. The only (trivial) change is the addition of Breaks/Replaces for inn2-dev. This has been coordinated with the maintainer of inn2, see bug #1034958. As this is a trivial fix for an RC bug, I've already uploaded the package to unstable.
