Translation updates from upstream. While I was testing a new version of
mutter anyway (for #1031847) I took the opportunity to do a new revision
of gnome-shell at the same time.

Minor, outdated l10n if not accepted.
There should be a 43.4 release soon if you'd prefer to wait for that.

Installed on my laptop, seems fine.

Low risk, l10n updates only.
