The bind9-dyndb-ldap binary package built from the bind-dyndb-ldap
source package has a strict dependency on bind9, so it needs a rebuild
after every update to bind9. That hasn't happened for the recent bind9
update that fixes several security issues, which means those security
fixes have been blocked from entering bookworm for 32 days.
$ apt-cache show bind9-dyndb-ldap | grep -Eo 'Depends[^,]*|Version.*'
