The rules for a freeze are that changes which fix release critical bugs
are transitioned, and other changes only under special considerations.

Otherwise, shall I upload gnucash 2.0.3 and we can transition it, since
after all, it does fix bugs, and bugs are bugs?

The point is that only *serious* bugs get fixed once the freeze happens,
as a rule.
