I’m not aware of any issue with 3.2.11 upstream (and nobody complained so far in Debian). On the contrary, I’ve seen people having issues with PHP 7.4 and the answer from the community was “upgrade SPIP to 3.2.11 (or downgrade to PHP 7.2)” that actually seem to fix their issues.
I'm tagging the bug moreinfo for now. Please remove that when the upload has been in unstable for a while.
Done (I hope three weeks is enough time, please provide some guidance if not).
