Please unblock package skyview
[ Reason ]
The new upload fixes the RC Bug#986392: skyview fails to start.
[ Impact ]
Skyview is a dependency of the starjava packages which feature the
important astronomy program "topcat".
[ Tests ]
The upload was tested manually to work, and to not impact its reverse
dependencies.
[ Risks ]
The change is an obious fix without known risks.
[ Checklist ]
