Ah, I see. In general, while there is one "queue", the decision as to whether a package is NEW is per-suite - with the exception that as experimental is intended to overlay unstable, rather than be a complete suite in its own right, they share overrides. > but indeed, I was able to upload mariadb-10.3 to unstable this > morning.
