Please state your problem more clearly. Neither britney, nor the
migration notification can defy time.
So when britney saw 3.3.2 ready, it migrated it. This check is AFAIK
done on the state from the last mirror run. Some time later there is a
notification. But it can't see that your upload of 3.3.3 is pending and
don't migrate 3.3.2 because it will be overriden.
