Dear Release Team, cdbs had been changed in 0.4.47 to build it's documentation with dblatex instead of db2latex-xsl - this is the only change in that upload (Thanks, cdbs people!). If this migrates to testing, it allows db2latex-xsl with its RC bug to be removed from testing (and the complete archive).
However, the upload was done with low urgency and still needs 7 days to get into testing. I suggest to bump the urgency to high or medium - and probably cdbs also needs to be unblocked.
