Off-BTS URLs are not guaranteed to exist or contain the same content at any given point in the future. In this case, I'm going to OK the request as-is, but please ensure that the diffs are included for any p-u request. (Compressed is fine, as is a separate follow-up mail to indicate that a large attachment was involved.)
