Looking at the transition tracker (I didn't try a dak rm), I see I can
upload all the bogus packages, so I will take care of them in the
following days myself.
Exceptions are:
* libi8x - maintainde by Matthias, pls ;)
* python-cymruwhois - #917369 - will NMU if it is not done by the time
