Package: ftp.debian.org Severity: normal The only package which depdned on multipartposthandler is uicilibris, which has been removed now from testing and unstable (after my previous request).
As this package is no longer maintained upstream, and was never adapted for Python3, it should be removed now from testing and from unstable
