I can replace python3-all-dev with python3-dev for now, but it would be better to actually fix this and have multi-python builds. Arcus and Savitar are SIP modules written in C++ and built with cmake. It's not trivial to make them build automagically for all installed Python versions. Any help on these bugs would be very much appreciated.
