It seems to me that gap 4.9.3 breaks all of those packages.

This means that gap should add versioned Breaks on all of those
packages, that would correctly hint autopkgtests to run with the
appropriate triggers, and make sure they all migrate at the correct
time.
Nothing should be done on this from the relase point of view, IMHO.
