Yes, this is an issue in britney, see #599848. For the time being, if you want to know which packages are currently problematic, in order to solve these issues before the freeze, you can look at https://qa.debian.org/dose/debcheck/src_testing_main/index.html e.g. on https://qa.debian.org/dose/debcheck/src_testing_main/1539320405/amd64.html I only see rust-ripgrep matching /rust/.
