Would you please consider #866878 (should autopkgtest regressions be considered RC?) at the same time? It would be helpful if we could file bugs with RC severity without risk of offending maintainers. There already have been occasions where this has been useful in preventing buggy packages from migrating, e.g. #907493. Regards Graham
