Dear RT.

Please remove martian-modem from the Debian Archive.

There are several reasons why to do so, first of all this software
provides kernel+user space support for quite ancient i386 hardware that
can no longer be acquired (to the extent of my searches, even externally
attached such as USB tty device).  Just to have an idea, the only way
for me to even test this is by artificially keeping alive my old
thinkpad a20p (pentium III).

On the other hand, upstream is way stalled (which also makes sense due
to the hw itself, right?), having incompatibility issues with gcc5, see
#799291.

Applying patches and making it work with kernels >=2.6 and amd64 arch
might work, but since as explained above, this is anyway an attempt to
support hardware that most likely hardly anyone uses, we see no real
sense on it.

Popcon is 2/5, from which most likely two of them are my installations,
heh.

Thanks,

Dererk
