dbus-udeb and libdbus-1-3-udeb were requested because there was a plan to use AT-SPI in the graphical installer. I don't know whether this ever happened. https://wiki.debian.org/DebianInstaller/Accessibility doesn't document any features that seem AT-SPI-related (other than hearing Orca after installation, which doesn't need udebs), but perhaps it's out of date? smcv
