Please unblock package needrestart
It fixes a RC bug by blacklisting for oneshot services, while it is closing
one important and one serious bug.
It also adds a patch (already in jessie-bpo) to fix a Perl warning, which only
affects Perl 5.20.x, it makes backports easier.
