Hello Release team,

On getting package `crosstool-ng` in Debian,
where ( {unstable|stable|exprimental} ) and
when ( {any time|after date } ) should it be uploaded?

I'm asking now ( during freeze ) because
previous there was nothing to upload. The ITP is
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=721430

It is a new package that wouldn't break other packages.
