Please unblock package heimdal
Depreciated servers and clients were removed from both heimdal-clients
and heimdal-servers. However the meta information was not updated to
reflect these changes. As a result, the descriptions still referred to
programs that were removed, the provides was wrong, and the conflicts
was also wrong. This fixes #236902 and #859664.
(the changelog entry for -10 was wrong, despite being an otherwise good
upload, so I reuploaded as -11).
