Hi, Please unblock package swh-plugins It fixes RC bug #859395 where one of the plugins was not linked correctly and ld.so refused to load it. I also fixed the Breaks / Replaces on vocoder-ladspa because 0.4.17-1 was so wrong I couldn't just leave it. I've moved it into the correct paragraph of the control file, and changed the package to "vocoder-ladspa" which was the actual package containing the vocoder plugin which was moved to swh-plugins (see #826110).
