Looks like the PIE contradictions between dpkg and gcc have been
smoothed out across the board.  petsc 3.7.5 now builds on all
architectures (except kfreebsd and a couple of build-deps on others).
In particular petsc 3.7.5 is now available on hurd-i386 powerpc x32,
so we need to rebuild slepc to match on those architectures.

nmu slepc_3.7.3+dfsg1-5 . hurd-i386 powerpc x32 . unstable . -m "Build against 
PETSc 3.7.5."
