First, the good news: we are now very close to the time when all packages using gconf in Debian comply with the FHS. That is, using /usr/share for schemas and /var/lib for the schema registration and defaults.
The following packages are using dh_gconf to move away their schemas to /usr/share. However, they are not using a version that is recent enough to use the gconf source in /var/lib.
