Heimdal has done a new release, which has been packaged and will hopefully make it into stretch, rendering this removal request unnecessary.
The only thing that's preventing its migration to testing at the moment is a regression in binutils on MIPS (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=844357).
