Indeed, that brings me one comment: the above message is, as far as I know about this testing migration stuff, shown for all packages that include a udeb. It is also probably shown for all packages that are concerned by a freeze such as the now-soon-to-come base system freeze. I think that the message could probably be clearer in the case of packages including a udeb, with something like "not touching package, as it includes a udeb, which needs D-I and release teams approval before migrating". (please correct me if I'm wrong here) This reminds me that I should look at my packages including udebs, mostly the font packages.:)
