Indeed, the binNMUs won't solve this, ocamldbi will need a source upload. I thought I had checked all packages for this, I guess I missed this one. The dependency on ocaml-nox is currently hardcoded to 3.09.0, while the build-dep is >= 3.09.0. I'll fix it in svn, sorry about this.
