Yes, Joey's hints file hasn't been changed in 3 days according to the
timestamp, and dhcp3 3.0.3-3 has been in testing since at least the last
mirror pulse.

That doesn't mean it's permanently hinted in, it means 3.0.3-3 has already
been hinted in.
