hi, following the plan outlined in [1], a t-p-u upload of kdebindigns
was due to fix #274989 and make fixing #274779 possible.

Riku Voipio made the upload a week ago, but it was rejected because of
some old binary packages in sid with the old version. now that they
have been removed, I'm reuploading those same packages; please
approve.
