Pppconfig_2.3.6 Should Go Into Testing

I have just uploaded pppconfig_2.3.6 to Unstable.  It differs from 2.3.5
only in that it contains additional translations.  It is my understanding
that it should, therefor, be pushed into Testing by hand.
