I suspect this is due to Bug#240377 which has been fixed
in sid since nearly half a year now and is waiting for ARM. I've seen
a mail which indicates someone finally uploaded flite 1.2-release-2 for
ARM a few days ago, but grep-excuses still says:
flite (1.2-release-1 to 1.2-release-2)
