Hello, As discussed with Steve on irc, it would be great to have NEW processing of the 2.6.8 related kernel .uded. Currently at least the powerpc and ia64 packages are already in NEW (not sure about ia64 though), and the packages name are :
linux-kernel-di-powerpc-2.6 linux-kernel-di-ia64-2.6 But potentially all arches that support 2.6.8 will have to upload new packages, and the same would be for 2.4 kernels if we are going to stanrdize on 2.4.27 for sarge, as seems to be the plane. As it is planed that a d-i rc2 will use those packages, a certain amount of haste is needed for them. Friendly, Sven Luther
