I'm the maintainer of several packages including eris, atlas-cpp and skstream. The current version of eris in testing unfortunately doesn't allow moving of updated versions of atlas-cpp and skstream into testing. Newer version of eris that will work with the updated atlas-cpp and skstream is in NEW queue (new SONAME) but not accepted yet by ftp-master. I request the removal of eris from testing/sarge to let atlas-cpp and skstream updates propagate into it.
