The percentage of up to date packages for sid on s390 is currently
dropping like a stone.

Afaict from the stats and build logs the two buildds still run fine
and build packages but there have next to none of the packages been
uploaded to the archive since May 4th.
I have asked on IRC about this and was told (iirc by Bastian Blank)
that Gerhard Tonn's real life was sucking up his time currently. I am
sure there are contingency plans for this situation, could they be set
in action?
