mime-tools, readline5, gcc-3.4

- please move mime-tools to testing, see #276262, a new upload with
  priority high would need more time.

- readline5 entered testing without being installable. please either
  move readline4-4.3-13 to testing (which may not be possible to the
  introduction of a new package libreadline-common) or remove
  readline5 from testing (then a RC report tagged sid is needed to
  keep it out of testing).

- gcc-3.4 should be moved to testing: adds correct binutils
  dependency, fixes build problems and re-adds the gtk based peers
  for libgcj5.
