HPPA doesn't have updated glibc yet (still).  No ETA.
That means that the fixed GCC 3.3 won't build on HPPA, so it can't go 
into 'testing'.  Which means that lots of stuff can't go into testing.

Is the plan to hold up everything until HPPA is fixed?  Or should the 
latest gcc-3.3 perhaps be hinted in despite the HPPA problem (that's 
what I'd guess)?
