I think they're well aware that they're holding things up, but if you could manage to fix some of the remaining release-critical bugs that wouldn't do any harm at all. The ones that need help are #205099/#205234 (syslog hang; nobody with the ability to debug this can reproduce it, so if you can reproduce it that would be extremely helpful) and possibly #210608 (ld.so crash in openoffice.org build; a backtrace is needed).
