Nobody addressed the tiny header patch in :

So I guess it is ok as is, it is applied since we can't build 2.2.19pre17
without it. 

I'll upload these if I hear soon that it is okay with you, Brian, or you can
upload them yourself, sort of like sponsoring me, right?  It might get in faster
if someone else uploaded them since I may not have any more time over the next
week.
