Hi,
a bunch of packages (build-)depending on ocaml 3.08.3 seems to be ready
to enter testing. The only remaining problems seem to be:
numerix (0.19-4 to 0.19-5.1.1)

I don't quite understand these. (incorrect binNMU version numbers,
perhaps?)
The ocamlsdl, ocamldbi, missinglib and regexp-pp packages also need
to be rebuilt (although the latter three won't prevent the transition
because they have broken dependencies, they won't work with 3.08.3).
I've also made a list of packages waiting for ocaml to enter testing
(thanks to grep-excuses and
svn://svn.debian.org/pkg-ocaml-maint/trunk/tools/build-dep-graph/ocaml_src_pkgs.txt)
The release team can hopefully use this list to prepare hints for these
