tosky told me the solution in debian-kde: There are two files which are not yet upgraded (why actually?) libkf5plasma5 and plasma-framework (version 5.23.0-1 from unstable)
I added unstable in /etc/apt/sources.list And created /etc/apt/preferences : > Package: * > Pin: release a=testing > Pin-Priority: 700 > > Package: * > Pin: release a=unstable > Pin-Priority: 100 Then updated and installed the two files with > apt-get install libkf5plasma5/unstable plasma-framework/unstable After a restart everything was solved (including other problems like a kontact crash after closing).
