I get the impression you may need to delete the "[Migration]" configuration block completely. Please review the complete blog entry and the comments and check whether you find a solution that works for you. I suggest you try exactly the steps Valentin described and also have kde-runtime installed for /usr/bin/kwalletd. (But I think your kwallet system wouldn´t work otherwise, so I bet it is installed.)
